Who am I

Return the application identity associated with the current access token: `app_id`, `client_id`, `name`, `owner_email`, `scope`, `account_type` and `reseller_access`. `account_type` is `reseller` for an app of a reseller account (scope `reseller`, reseller endpoints only) and `client` for every other app. `reseller_access` says whether the reseller endpoints (/oauth/reseller/*) answer this app right now: true for an active reseller account's app, and for an app whose owner Tax Star has given reseller access — which keeps the full API as well.
